Facial aesthetics with Dr Alister Seaton
A considered approach.
Still unmistakably you.
Thoughtful planning starts with your features, your priorities and an honest conversation.
There is no single treatment that suits everyone. We’ll explore what you would like to change, what is realistic and whether a treatment is right for you — with time to decide and no pressure to proceed.

Different concerns. Different approaches.
Filler, skin boosters and consultations for lines and wrinkles serve different purposes. The starting point is an assessment of your face, skin and health history — not a fixed treatment package.
Dermal fillers
Fillers can be used to support selected areas of volume or refine contour. Many are made from hyaluronic acid; the product, placement and amount depend on the area and your anatomy.
The aim is an individual plan with clear limits and a discussion of maintenance, alternatives and risks.
Lip filler
Lip treatment considers shape, definition, proportion and volume in relation to the rest of your face. We’ll discuss your natural features and the degree of change you want, including whether a gradual approach is appropriate.
Full-face planning
This means assessing how your features relate to one another — including the cheeks, lips, chin and jawline. It does not mean treating every area.
Sometimes a limited plan, a different approach or no treatment is the most appropriate recommendation.
Tear trough consultations
Selected under-eye hollows may be suitable for filler, but dark circles, puffiness and tired-looking eyes can have different causes. Filler will not address all of them.
This delicate area needs careful assessment, a specific discussion of risks and, where appropriate, advice from another clinician.
Skin boosters
Skin boosters focus on skin hydration and quality. Some use small amounts of hyaluronic acid within the skin, with a different aim from fillers used for contour or volume.
Products, treatment courses and results vary. We’ll discuss what may be suitable and the changes you can realistically expect.
A consultation comes first
If lines or wrinkles concern you, we’ll assess your skin, facial movement and medical history, then talk through appropriate options, which may include skincare advice.
The aim is to understand your concern and help you make an informed decision about the next step.
A separate clinical focus
Jaw muscles & excessive sweating.
TMD & masseter muscle concerns
Jaw pain, tension and clenching deserve a proper assessment. Temporomandibular disorders (TMD) can involve the jaw joints and the muscles used for chewing, including the masseter muscles.
We’ll discuss your symptoms, dental and medical history, and what may be contributing. Advice, conservative care, a dental splint where appropriate or referral may form part of the plan. Treatment depends on the cause; there is no single answer for every patient.
Hyperhidrosis consultations
If excessive sweating is affecting your everyday life, a consultation can help explore your concerns, medical history and appropriate next steps. We’ll discuss options and whether assessment by your GP or another clinician is needed.
Ask about a consultationPRP consultations
If you’re considering PRP for skin or hair concerns, we can discuss the evidence, suitability and alternatives, alongside realistic expectations, potential risks and aftercare.
Clear advice before you decide
Every procedure has risks. Injectable treatments can cause bruising and swelling; fillers also carry rare but serious risks, including blocked blood vessels and visual harm.
We’ll discuss treatment-specific risks, likely costs, maintenance and aftercare before you decide whether to proceed.
